In order to enhance the quality of the quality inspection team, improve the quality awareness of practitioners, and further strengthen the ability to detect quality hazards in advance, recently, our technical quality department carried out a quality management training for factory workers. This training focuses on quality quality management, for the recent exposure of the problem of in-depth analysis.
At the training, the supervisor of the Technical Quality Department reviewed the quality problems found in the production, and conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on the deficiencies of the workers in the quality control process by analyzing the actual quality cases. For example, the importance of strictly requiring the workshop to classify and store materials in zones was emphasized, and it was also requested to dissect and find out the causes of the problems in time for the non-conformities, such as low voltage, that appeared in the production process to be corrected. At the same time, the training also highlighted the standardization of quality inspection records.
At the end of the training meeting, it was stressed that product quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, and that both employee quality awareness and professional quality control work are crucial, and that providing quality products to market sales is a concrete embodiment of user-centredness. Workers and quality inspectors should continue to learn, product parameters, packaging methods and printing markings, timely detection of quality hazards, reduce losses and material loss due to quality problems, prevent the flow of substandard products into the hands of customers, to promote the company's quality management level to a new level, and to contribute to the manufacture of the ultimate cost-effective products.
